The PTO Membership packet is best completed on a computer.

Before starting the Membership Packet, please review these important details:

  • When you click the link below, it will take you to the "Family Info" page, where you can sign in if you already have a website account OR create one if this is your first time using the PTO website.
    • If you cannot remember which email address you used to originally register for the website, please email to request this information.


  • Please make sure to UPDATE all contact information AND your student's grade and teacher.
    • If you do not enter a grade and teacher, your teacher will not receive credit for the membership contest!
    • Information entered on the family update screen is used in the PTO online directory. You may choose to limit which information is visible to other PTO Members. Directory information is not available to the general public.
